The Craft of Faith is an educational experience for families. We set out to make something that really helped jump start meaningful interaction, and that's what the Craft of Faith does best. Our "Bible box" is like a personal Sunday school lesson that you can have in your own home, at your own pace. Whether you're an aunt, uncle, grandparent, or second-cousin, spending time with a child is undeniably rewarding, and bringing the lessons of God is truly a bonding experience. We're just here to help you along the way.

No! We believe in our product, and do not impose fees of any kind on our customers. You can make changes to your account, including pausing, cancelling and billing info, at any time by logging into your account page.

We ship within 3 business days, and subsequently on a rolling basis. That means if you order on the 15th, you order ships on the 18th, and will ship on the 18th of the following month. Delivery time is usually one week.

On your “Account” tab, or be selecting My Account , you will be able to “Edit” your Payment and Billing Details (credit card number) and/or Billing Address at any time.

You can update your shipping address at at any time from your My Account page. To update a shipping address, click the “Subscriptions” tab, then “Edit” for the subscription that needs to be updated. Shipping addresses must be updated by 11:59 PM PT on the day prior to your renewal (billing) date to take effect for that month’s shipment. Please note that addresses need to be updated individually if you have multiple subscriptions.

If you do not want to receive a craft box for a period of time, you can pause your subscription for one month at a time. To pause, log into your My Account page and click the “Subscriptions” tab. Click "Edit" next to the subscription that you'd like to pause then click “Pause Subscription”. You will not be charged while your subscription is paused. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period is complete and we will send you a reminder email. Pause by 11:59 PM PT on the day prior to your renewal (billing) date to avoid being billed for that month’s craft box.

Currently, the Craft of Faith only comes in English. We offer Customer Service assistance in English and Spanish. However, we plan to be adding different language options to The Craft of Faith Website.
